Set up your business information to enable live payments on your store

Overview

Business Details contains your merchant-level identity and compliance information. This is required to pass our business review and activate live payments on your store.

Access it from Finance → Business Details or Settings → Business Details in the dashboard.

Business Review Process

1. Submit Business Details

   Fill in your business information and submit your application.

2. Under Review

   The Waffo team reviews your submission. This typically takes 1–3 business days.

3. Live Payments Enabled

   Once approved, your store can accept live payments.

Verification Status

Status	Meaning
Pending	Awaiting submission
Under Review	Being verified by the Waffo team
Succeeded	Verified — production payments enabled
Returned	Additional information required — resubmit
Rejected	Application rejected

A rejected application is final. If you believe this is an error, contact support.

Identity Verification

In addition to the business review, you may be required to verify your personal identity:

• Government-issued ID
• Proof of address
• Date of birth

Identity verification is processed separately from the business review and is required to receive payouts. See Identity Verification.
